Orders placed before 12:00 AM (UTC/GMT +1) will usually be shipped within 24:00 on the same working day. Orders placed after 12:00 AM (UTC/GMT +1) will be shipped within the following 24 hours.
For orders placed by credit card, a working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative and anti-fraud checks; in the event of problems encountered, the times may be subject to some variations. If the payment is not confirmed within 14 days, the order will be cancelled.
For orders paid by bank transfer, the shipping process will start from the confirmation of payment. If payment is not confirmed within 14 days the order will be cancelled.
Delivery Times
In Italy, delivery will take place within 1/2 working days. For the islands and Calabria, an additional working day will be required.
In European Union countries, delivery will take place within 2/3 working days for the standard service, 1/2 working days for the Express service, if available.
For all other destinations, delivery will take place within 5 working days for the standard service, 2 working days for the Express service, where available.
For deliveries In countries that require customs clearance procedures, delays may occur with respect to the estimates indicated above, deliveries will still take place within 30 days, according to the terms of the law.
In case of loss
Once your package has been delivered to the courier, please note that from that moment Vittorio Citro Srl is not more responsible in case the product is lost.
If you suspect that your product has been lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact customer service immediately, who will report the incident to the courier used for shipping and will do everything they can to resolve the problem.
