How can I create an account?

You can create a new account by clicking on the little man at the top right of the homepage. A page will open: click on REGISTER and fill in the form.

To create an account you need the following information: name, surname, email address and a personal password. You can change your personal information at any time. This information is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.

Do I have to register to buy?

We always recommend registering to have all orders under control and to accumulate loyalty points, but it is not mandatory. You can also place orders as a guest

Are the items on sale original?

VITTORIOCITRO is an authorized dealer of all the brands present online and in our Roccapiemonte store. VITTORIO CITRO BOUTIQUE and its official website feature authentic garments, shoes and accessories from the most important brands in the fashion industry.

Are out of stock items restocked?

If a size is not available, it means it is out of stock and unfortunately we don't know if it will be restocked later in the season.

We invite you to periodically check the article or collection page to find any new availability of sizes or models and to use the WISHLIST to always keep an eye on your favorite items.

What are pre-orders?

On the VITTORIOCITRO website it is possible to pre-order items whose arrival is expected in the following months.

The availability date indicated is that confirmed by the suppliers to VITTORIO CITRO BOUTIQUE

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Items already available are shipped in 1 working day from Monday to Friday at 12:00. During the sales or promotions period, shipments may take longer.

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock, as per the terms indicated in the confirmation email received at the time of the order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the country of delivery.

In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €150

Can I cancel an order?

We understand that you may change your mind after a purchase, but at the moment it is possible to cancel an order only before it is processed. You can check the order fulfillment status on your user page.

How to make a return?

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size/colour change, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

You can request the return through the user area, if you are not registered there is no problem, use the email used for the order and we will send you a temporary password.

Returns and Refunds

How are refunds made?

If you have made a return, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier.
As soon as the return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation email.

The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase and cannot be changed
