Returns and Exchanges
Request a return or exchange online in a few steps. Before proceeding, check the main conditions.
The period starts from the purchase date.
There must be no damage, adhesive tape, or labels applied directly to the original packaging.
The product must be new, complete with accessories and with original tags attached.
For cash on delivery orders, only size/color exchange or gift card are available.
After receipt and inspection of the return. Credit may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Italy €2.00 · Europe €10.00 · Rest of the world €15.00.
How it works
Enter the order details and choose between return, exchange, store credit, or refund.
After the request, you will receive instructions and the return label.
Take the package to a BRT-Fermopoint location. Find the nearest point .
Available solutions
You can exchange the item for a different size or color, if available.
You will receive a code for the returned value, valid for 12 months.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, except for cash on delivery orders.
Useful information
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of swimwear and underwear if tried on direct skin contact, opened perfumes and cosmetics or with removed seals, personalized items.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos of the product. In case of wrong or damaged item, you will receive a full refund and free shipping costs.
Alternative courier
You can use a courier other than BRT, but costs and risks are your responsibility. We always recommend tracked and insured shipments.
Returns after 30 days
Returns will not be accepted. The item will be held in our warehouse for 30 days, after which it can be collected at your expense.
Consumer rights
Your rights are protected by the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
