Product originality

Is Vittorio Citro Boutique an official retailer?

Yes. Vittorio Citro Boutique is a direct authorized retailer of the brands we carry. Every product available in the boutique and on vittoriocitro.it comes from direct relationships with the maisons or their official distributors. How can I be sure the products are original?

All products are 100% original, accompanied by official brand warranty, original packaging, labels, barcodes, and included accessories. The supply chain is traceable and verifiable upon request. Vittorio Citro Boutique does not practice dropshipping: every product is physically managed in our 500 sqm warehouse in Roccapiemonte (SA).

How long have you carried the brands in your catalog?

II — Shipping

Times, costs, and tracking

What are the delivery times in Italy?

Shipments in Italy are made via express courier and generally arrive within 24/48 business hours from order confirmation. Every shipment is trackable via a code sent by email at dispatch.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. We ship to all European Union countries and many non-EU countries. Delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination. No customs fees apply for orders within the EU. More information on Shipping Times.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in Italy starts from 5 €. For orders above a threshold indicated at checkout, shipping is free. International rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


III — Returns and Exchanges

Return policy

Can I return a product?

Yes. Products can be returned within 18 days from the delivery date, provided they are intact, with original tags and packaging. The return process is guided: more details on the Returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. You can request a size exchange at the same time as the return process, subject to item availability in stock. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Is the return free?

Return costs vary depending on the country of origin. Full conditions are indicated on the Returns page. For any questions, customer service is available.

Accepted methods and security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and installment payments through dedicated services indicated at checkout. All payments are protected by certified security systems.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. At checkout, installment payment options are available for amounts compatible with the service requirements. Details and conditions are shown during payment.

Can I pay in the boutique upon pickup?

Yes. By selecting the in-store pickup option at checkout, you can complete payment directly in the boutique upon collection, or online in advance.

Selection guide

How do I choose the right size?

For each brand, a dedicated size guide is available on the product page. We provide specific guides for the most requested brands: Dr. Martens, UGG, Adidas, Lacoste, D.A.T.E., Orciani, and others. If in doubt, our customer service can offer personalized advice on the fit of each model, based on our direct experience with the brands.

Are the sizes Italian or international?

Each product page shows all size conversions between Italian, European, UK, and US sizes, according to the brand’s standard. For greater accuracy, each size guide includes measurements in centimeters.


VI — Boutique and Pickup

In-store experience

Can I pick up my order in the boutique?

Yes. At checkout, you can select the in-store pickup option. You will receive a notification when your order is ready at the boutique located at Via Sasso 1, Roccapiemonte (SA). Pickup also allows you to try the product on site.

What are the boutique’s opening hours?

The boutique is open Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Closed on Sundays. All details on the The Boutique page.

Can I book a personal consultation?
