Personal Data Management and Deletion Request

    On this page you can exercise your rights under GDPR/EU Reg. 2016/679:     erasure ("right to be forgotten"), access, rectification,     restriction, portability, and objection to processing.  

Types of data we may process

   
• Shopify customer account (first name, last name, email, addresses, order history).
   
• Orders and invoicing (data necessary for tax/legal compliance).
   
• Newsletter/marketing (email, preferences). Immediate unsubscribe via the link in every email.
   
• Social login (e.g., Facebook/Google/Apple): identifiers used only for authentication.
   
• Customer support (messages, attachments voluntarily provided).
   
• Cookies and analytics (technical/aggregated data: cookie preferences, anonymized analytics where applicable).
 

How to request erasure or other actions

You can send your request using the form below or by writing to     info@vittoriocitro.com.     After identity verification, we will fulfill the request within 30 days.  

Important notes

   
• Total deletion of data may not be immediately possible for       information retained for legal/tax obligations (e.g., accounting documents). In such cases,       we will limit processing to the minimum necessary until the deadlines expire.
   
• You can unsubscribe immediately from newsletters by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link       at the bottom of each email.
   
• For social logins, you can also revoke access from your provider account (Facebook/Google/Apple)       in the Connected Apps section: this will stop future access but will not delete data already present on our site.       If you wish for complete deletion, please send the request using this form.
