General Conditions of Sale (GCS) for purchases made online on the website www.vittoriocitro.it

Vittorio Citro Srl invites users to read these General Conditions of Sale ("GTC") which regulate the purchase of products and the management of orders placed on the site.

1. Conclusion of the sales contract and delivery of the products

1.1 Every order placed on vittoriocitro.it implies the conclusion of a sales contract in Italian.

1.2 By clicking on the "Buy Now" button, the customer places a binding order for the items contained in the virtual shopping cart. Once the order has been sent, VittorioCitro.it will send the customer an e-mail confirming the order within 1 hour. The sales contract is concluded between VittorioCitro.it and the customer when the latter receives the order confirmation. If the customer does not receive any confirmation of the order within the period indicated, the relative order must be considered rejected by VittorioCitro.it and, therefore, without effect. Orders in relation to which the customer has opted for advance payment will be shipped as soon as VittorioCitro.it receives the total payment of the purchase price and any shipping costs. VittorioCitro.it therefore invites the customer to pay the price as soon as the order is confirmed and in any case within the following 7 days.
